Our Green Policy

At Corporate Care we have our ‘Green Policy’ and have been used since the establishment of the company. The Green Policy is actively protecting the green environment in Bangladesh through the use of environmentally approved chemicals. We do our best to protect the environment by reducing carbon emissions and using less phosphate in our chemicals and cleaning products. Our team try to use environmentally friendly, biodegradable and non-toxic products.

In addition, the gardening program of Corporate Care is a part of our Green Policy. Corporate Care provides indoor plants that purify the air and combat the toxins. Office plants have even been shown to reduce staff sickness and increase efficiency. These living organisms interact with your body, mind and home in ways that enhance the quality of life.

Cleaning and gardening staff are generally not used to being treated with respect and kindness by their employers.

So when they do received annual cards of thanks and recognition, and newsletter mentions, and a token of thanks at Eid, and awards for outstanding service, it means a lot to them, and they pay it back with loyalty.

Our service depends largely on the level of dedication of our managers. We select our managers carefully. Good work is always recognized and appreciated, and when things go wrong, we talk it through and work out how it could have been better. We have a policy to distribute incentive bonus to our management team, for achieving annual target.

3. Quick Response
Our helpdesk operates a 45 minute response time within office hours and a 5 hour resolution time, unless mutually extended. Your problem is our problem, and we want to help you solve it as soon as possible.

4. Time Schedule of Clients
We are available 7 days a week, 365 days of the year, and even on off peak hours, for your scheduled and emergency service needs.

Training isn’t just important to any company, it is vital. Training presents a prime opportunity to expand the knowledge base of all employees. Our regular training gives employees a greater understanding of their responsibilities within their role, and in turn builds their confidence. This confidence enhances their overall performance.
